Ningbo Baodi Plastic Valve Co., Ltd. traces its origins back to 1979, with its predecessors being Zhenhai Chemical Valve Factory and Beilun Plastic Valve Factory. The company is one of the earliest Threaded Socket PVC Ball Valves Manufacturers and Custom Threaded Socket PVC Ball Valves Factory in China to design and produce industrial plastic valves and receive acceptance from the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Threaded socket PVC ball valves are true union PVC-U shutoff valves that offer either threaded (BSP or NPT) or socket (solvent weld) end connections, often combining a threaded and socket adapter set that fits the same union body. This lets one valve style connect to threaded fittings on one side of a system and solvent-welded PVC pipe on the other, or be reconfigured on site simply by swapping the end connector rather than sourcing a different valve.
Most demand for dual-connection PVC valves is in the DN15 to DN50 range, where small-bore branch lines, sample points, gauge isolation, and equipment connections often mix threaded metal fittings with solvent-welded PVC runs. A floating ball and PTFE seat pair deliver bubble-tight shutoff regardless of which end connector is fitted, and the true union body still allows the valve to be removed from the line by hand for service.
