Before checking the circuit failure of the CPVC butterfly valvePPH Non Return Ball Check Valve, turn the manual knob of the butterfly valve a few times to see if the butterfly valve can change direction normally under the rated air pressure. If it can change direction normally, the circuit is faulty. During the inspection, the instrument can be used to measure the voltage of the solenoid coil to see if it has reached the rated voltage. If the voltage is too low, further check the power supply in the control circuit and the associated travel switch circuit.
   If the CPVC butterfly valve cannot change direction normally under the rated voltage, check whether the joint (plug) of the solenoid coil is loose or not connected properly. The method is to unplug the plug and measure the resistance of the coil. If the resistance is too large or too small, the solenoid coil is damaged and should be replaced.
   The newly purchased butterfly valve should be installed in time after opening the box. Generally, the valve manufacturer will debug the valve before leaving the factory. Do not loosen the fittings on the valve at will. If you must check it, you need to explain to the manufacturer first. If the following phenomena occur during the operation of the butterfly valve, it can be judged that part of the "closing" phenomenon has occurred:

  2. When the butterfly plate is within the range of 30-70°, and the butterfly valve is closed by the water too fast, a large water hammer pressure will be generated in the hydraulic steel pipe, which will cause strong vibration.
  3. The monitoring system and the protection system are working normally, and the signal and sound alarm system are not working, but the active power meter at the generator outlet slowly decreases.
  4. The turbine governor is working normally, there is no obvious change, the opening of the guide vane does not change, but the butterfly valve opening pointer can be seen in the butterfly valve room to move slowly in the direction of closing.
