Special diaphragm valves extend the standard diaphragm valve platform with configurations engineered for specific, demanding process conditions that a general-purpose valve cannot fully address, from ultrapure sampling systems to abrasive slurry service.
Three-way diaphragm valve
Combines two flow paths into a single valve body with low flow resistance and clean, adjustable flow control, allowing more compact piping layouts. Suited for ultrapure water systems and sampling systems where reducing the number of fittings and potential leak points matters.
High temperature corrosion resistant diaphragm valve
Features a specially engineered connection between the valve stem, stem nut, valve cover, handle, and limit cover, which significantly improves flow stability and control accuracy. Recommended for processes with strict requirements on consistent, repeatable flow control under elevated temperature and corrosive conditions.
Slurry resistant diaphragm valve
Uses a single-layer rubber diaphragm made from wear-resistant, high-resilience EPDM, extending service life significantly beyond that of standard diaphragm valves or ball valves when handling slurry. Designed for media containing fine solid particles that would otherwise accelerate wear on conventional sealing components.
Vacuum-proof diaphragm valve
Improves the connection strength between the valve disc and diaphragm, which substantially extends service life under negative pressure conditions. Intended for vacuum or negative-pressure process lines where standard diaphragm attachment methods are prone to premature failure.
Each special diaphragm valve variant is built on the same corrosion-resistant body platform used across the standard diaphragm valve range, so plants can source a matched valve for a difficult application without sacrificing the material compatibility, sealing quality, and manufacturing control that define the wider product line.
