Advantages
1. When used in large-diameter valves, the structure is compact and the cost is low;
2. Open and close quickly;
3. Can be used for flow regulation;
4. It has certain tolerance to slurry (better than ball valves, not as good as pipe clamp valves);
5. Not easily affected by pipeline stress.
Disadvantages
1. Plastic butterfly valve is sealed with rubber, not suitable for oil products, organic solvents
agent, etc.;
2. Weak sealing.
